Blitz45 Fitness, a franchise that offers scientifically supported progression-based interval training, has recently signed a 4-unit agreement, which will introduce the brand concept to Prosper and Frisco, Texas. The locations will operate under owners Kyle and Brittany Echols.
“It’s always been my dream to own a gym. My wife and I have always been passionate about fitness and helping people thrive. We’ve looked into numerous gyms and personal training facilities, but when we came across Blitz45 it checked all the boxes” says Kyle, an avid trainer of functional fitness and 15 year veteran in digital marketing business.
“I wanted functional fitness that provided a good balance between strength and endurance, ultimately setting people up for success. Not only is Blitz an incredible work out, but the community aspect and family culture of it is matchless.” Shared Kyle. “I have over 15 years of experience in functional fitness, and I am thrilled to see people get the results they’ve always wanted and in a group setting that is committed to lifting each other up”

With approximately 35 studios already operational or under development, the brand is proactively extending its reach. To further its expansion, the company is seeking out potential franchisees who are invested in progression-based training for achieving optimal results and possess a strong relationship with their local fitness community. An ideal candidate would have a diverse background, ranging from former athletes to regular fitness enthusiasts.
